Vibratory Linear Feeders

We manufacture a wide range of vibratory linear feeders and vibratory conveyors with stainless steel or mild steel trough sections. These feeders and conveyors are offered with various types of trough section, including open type or totally enclosed square or round sections. The troughs can be fitted with grids for sieving or de-watering operations.

There are four alternative types of drive unit; electro-magnetic, pneumatic, Ajax, or eccentric weight vibrator motors.

These vibratory linear feeders are suitable for feeding very diverse types of material with throughputs from just a few kg to 100 tonnes per hour and have many applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries as well as processing plastics, nuclear and general industrial applications.

Although a standard range of feeders is offered from 300mm to 8000mm in one length, we also specialise in the design and manufacture of units to suit specific customer requirements.

Each feeder is supplied with a variable speed controller and is suitable for operation from a standard single phase electrical supply.

Hopper fed linear feeders can be used in conjunction with Bowl feeders for bulk feeding purposes.
